1. "IMK", "ItsMyKitchen" references are exclusively referring to the products and services offered exclusively within ItsMyKitchen.com and not the products or service offerings of any linked site, affiliate or advertiser.
2. Advertisement "Click-Through's" are an action taken when a IMK user clicks on an advertisement that is displayed and is then presented with a new web page with the advertisement information.
3. "IMK 'SITES'" represents IMK affiliates, advertisers, and/or links from IMK to other websites.
4. "IMK Affiliates" represents IMK 'SITES' and third-parties (for example promotional firms) that will assist in research, promotional, trend and other activities and analysis to improve ItsMyKitchen service/product offerings.
5. "Forums", "Forum" represents blog(s), message board(s) or other social opportunitie(s) of IMK and/or IMK Affiliates.

Information We Collect

Personally identifiable information is any information or combination of information collected that can be used to identify, contact, or locate a discrete Individual. ItsMyKitchen requires email address, name, postal/mailing address, gender, birthdate. This information is used to associate the Individual user to their IMK account and to information such as store items, shopping list, store information that the user chooses to enter into IMK for use of the site's products and services.

You may also have the option to provide us other information such as phone number and with demographic information such as number of household members, household income, etc. You will always have the option to decide whether or not to provide personally identifiable information. Election to not provide personally identifiable information may prevent use of IMK products and services because IMK functionality requires the ability to discretely associate products and services to the user.

There may be other occasions not detailed in this Privacy Policy when we may ask you to provide additional personally identifiable information. There are multiple ways IMK may collect information when you interact with our site. Many are discussed below:

• Register with us or our IMK Affiliates.
• Use our site to create store information, store items, shopping lists, and recipes.

• Communicate with our customer service team for support.
• in certain programs, offers and promotions.
• Register a retailer loyalty account or similar retailer identifier with us.

• Aggregate usage metrics so that we have knowledge of facts such as total number of visitors for a particular time frame, pages that were viewed by a demographic user group, number of click-through's to advertisements, etc.

• Gather device information to further service product offerings customized to your usage.

Sharing Information

Your personally identifiable information will only be shared with IMK 'SITES' and promotional or marketing third parties when you have provided us with consent. Participation will be requested of you for each specific service, program, promotion or feature. For example, IMK may present a survey opportunity that results in entry of a sweepstakes or giveaway. If you choose to participate, information will be provided to the promotional provider of the survey.

Non-personally identifiable information will be shared (such as aggregate store and store item preferences, coupon usage) with IMK Affiliates to achieve improved product/service offerings. For example, promotional opportunities, surveys, new or improved affiliate opportunities. An Affiliate may match non-personally identifiable information that we share to personally identifiable information that they have about you through other use of Affiliate products/services.

Exceptions to Privacy Policy

Information may be shared as required by law or in good-faith effort to support local, state or federal law, respond to a court order, bankruptcy proceedings, or subpoena or warrant. We reserve the right to share information in good-faith to protect IMK and/or Affiliates against liability, fraudulent activities, abuse, unlawful practices, and to investigate or defend IMK and/or IMK Affiliates.

If ItsMyKitchen is acquired by or merged with a third party, we reserve the right to transfer information we have collected from you as part of such acquisition, sale, merger, or other change of control.

Control of Your Information

You have the ability to edit/update your personally identifiable information and preferences by going to the "Settings" page on our website or by contacting us using the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page on our website. You will be required to enter your email address and password to access your account.

ItsMyKitchen will provide opt-out opportunities where you have the opportunity to receive products, services or emails based on your election of such. ItsMyKitchen cannot control your elections with IMK Affiliates. Please refer to the third party for instructions on how to opt-out of their offerings (for example, advertisements, emails, service).

Social Forum

ItsMyKitchen may offer social, interactive blogs, message boards, or other social opportunities "Forums" within IMK and/or with IMK Affiliates, and may use a third party to manage, and/or a host to provide such services. Use of such sites will be governed by the relative Forum's rules posted. Please be advised that any personally identifiable information provided by you and posted to any Forum may be used based on the goals and objectives of the Forum with which you participate.

Data Security Commitment

ItsMyKitchen incorporates electronic, administrative and physical procedures to safeguard confidentiality of your personally identifiable information. Security measures and commitments with IMK Affiliates will be based on processes and procedures defined and managed by them. Commitment to Children's Security

We do not or will not knowingly collect information from persons under 13 years of age. If you are under the age of 13, please do not access or use ItsMyKitchen or IMK Affiliate sites in any manner. If we determine a user is less than 13 years of age, IMK will take steps to remove information provided by the individual and disable or remove the user's account.

International Users Statement

ItsMyKitchen is hosted in the United States and is primarily intended for use by users in the United States. As such, our site is governed by U.S. law and Privacy Policy.
